Unfortunately, all sales are final—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on imperfect play mats.
These mats are sold at a heavily discounted price due to minor stitching imperfections. While we cannot photograph every individual mat, we promise that we only sell mats we would use for our own children.

What Makes These Imperfect?
Faulty Stitching
This is an example of the faulty stitching. In most cases the loose ends can be tied to ensure the stitching doesn't come undone any further. The faulty stitching doesn't effect the overall usability of the play mat.
Small Marks
Some mats may have small marks on them, that may well come out in the first wash, and don't effect the overall usability of the play mat.
